Koi Koi is a personalized digital gifting platform that allows users to create interactive experiences such as birthday cards, proposal cards, sorry cards, anniversary cards, photo puzzles, gratitude cards, love cards, bro/saheli cards, and other personalized digital gifts.

When you use our platform, we may collect:

• Name and contact information submitted through forms
• Messages, photos, and content uploaded by users to personalize their gift
• Payment-related information processed through our payment partners (PhonePe and Paytm)
• Phone number (collected post-purchase, where you choose to share it in exchange for a discount on your next order)
• Device/browser information
• Usage analytics and behavioral data (via Amplitude, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and Google Ads conversion tracking)
• Cookies

We do NOT store your card details, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.

Payments on Koi Koi are securely processed through government approved payment gateways. Your payment information (card, UPI, wallet, etc.) is handled directly by these payment gateways and is not stored on our servers.

• To generate and deliver your personalized digital gift
• To process payments and orders
• To send you order-related and promotional updates (including via WhatsApp, where you've shared your number)
• To improve website/app functionality and user experience
• To run marketing campaigns and measure their performance (including retargeting users who created a gift but did not complete payment)
• To provide customer support
• To prevent fraud or misuse of the platform

Users may upload messages, names, and photos to create personalized gifts. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to process, store, and display it for the purpose of generating and delivering your requested gift.

You must not upload illegal, abusive, hateful, copyrighted, or offensive material. We reserve the right to remove such content and suspend access.

We use cookies and analytics/marketing tools including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Amplitude, and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand usage, measure ad performance, and improve the product. These tools may set cookies or use device identifiers, and some may involve retargeting users who viewed a gift preview but didn't complete payment.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers such as:

• Payment processors
• Analytics and advertising partners
• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Legal authorities, where required by law

We use secure hosting, SSL encryption, and trusted third-party providers to help protect your data. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request correction, updation, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below.

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
